How do I order?

Click on the 'Online Shop' tab from the top menu.

Then either choose:

  • 'Returning online shop customer or Licensed Tutor'
    - Enter your email address and surname to login.
    - Commence ordering.

OR

  • 'New customer'
    - Commence ordering.
    (Please note that a new account will be created from your order details. The next time you enter the shop, login as a 'Returning online shop customer'.)

How do I order the Teacher Development Course materials?

You must be a Licensed Tutor to be able to purchase these materials. Please login to 'Returning online shop customer or Licensed Tutor'.


Why can't I login?

If you are having difficulties logging in using your email address and surname, please contact us.


Do I have to order online?

Yes, we do not accept fax, phone or email orders.


How long will it take to receive my goods?

Your goods will be dispatched once we have received your payment.

International customers should allow a minimum of 14 days from payment for the processing of orders and delivery. Orders are sent by FedEX Express or DHL.

Australian customers should allow 7 days from payment for the processing of orders and delivery. Orders are sent by Australia Post.
