Freight will vary depending on the delivery destination and the weight of the goods purchased. Freight costs are displayed when you select your country or zone during the checkout process. This appears before you are required to finalise your order.
Your goods will be dispatched once we have received your payment.
International customers should allow a minimum of 14 days from payment for the processing of orders and delivery. Orders are sent by DHL or FedEx Express.
Australian customers should allow 7 days from payment for the processing of orders and delivery. Orders are sent by Australia Post.
For international customers, once your shipment has left our warehouse, DHL or FedEx will send you an email providing a web link from which you can track the status of your shipment online.

The customer will be responsible for any import duties or charges that may apply to their country of residence. To ensure the timely delivery of your goods, please pay any customs duties promptly.
